I think, forum rule number 10 is taking a holiday
Notice my main language is not English.
I appreciate it, if you reply on my solution.
If you are satisfied with the solution, please mark the question solved.

I dont recall what rule 10 was, but it was no longer applicable, and was removed. Renumbering 11 -> might have messed with some of the canned replies, so they were left as-is
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Thanks. I guess I'll just have to live with it as a "Cold Case" Rule or an "Unsolved Mystery", but my curiousity continues.
Here is a thread from 2009 with that rule as quoted by Teylyn.
10. Please acknowledge the response you receive, good or bad. If your problem is solved, please say so clearly, and mark your thread as Solved: Click the Edit button on your first post in the thread, Click Go Advanced, select [SOLVED] from the Prefix dropdown, then click Save Changes. If more than two days have elapsed, the Edit button will not appear -- ask a moderator to mark it.
(P.S. Moved from Excel General)
Thanks Jeff. Sure sounds like Rule No. 9 though
If you feel you need to have a rule #10, then this one from NCIS should work even here:

Good point John. But upon further searching, I see many quotes of that version of Rule 10 in posts. Not sure what Rule 9 was at that time.
Well, let's see. Here's one other rule 10:
Seems to be the polar opposite of the hijacking rule.
When we revamped the rules, certain rules were merged. So at this time, rule 10 was merged with other rules and 10 was eradicated. We didnt want to change 11 to 10, to avoid confusion among the users.
If I have helped, Don't forget to add to my reputation (click on the star below the post)
Don't forget to mark threads as "Solved" (Thread Tools->Mark thread as Solved)
Use code tags when posting your VBA code:
Your code here
Perhaps you should re-instate it with the text "MIA - content incorporated elsewhere"
Until you decide there is something else we need a rule about

I like the idea of not having a rule 10 to avoid confusion.
Perhaps it could be:
Rule 10: Don't talk about rule 10
until there's a real one to put there?
