Attached files and log in from various devices.

    Hi all,
    Two questions;
Are the attached files scanned (Av et al) before they are made available for download?

I have noticed when I log in via the computer I am kicked out after som idle time and that the "remember me" seems not working too well. When I log in via my tablet I am never kicked out and "remember me" works as expected. What make the differences here?

Additional thing: there is a link on the start page to an Android app. It is broken.

    TIA!

The attachments are not scanned. The text of the post is scanned for things like HTML injection (which IMHO causes more problems than it prevents). I have been on the Forum for many years and have never heard of a malware attack through an attachment.

I have never experienced being logged out, and the Remember Me works for me. We can refer your issue to the tech team if it is reproducible and you provide all the details of your system configuration (version of Windows, version of browser).

I'll have a look at the link

I don't think the link has worked for years. I used the app for a while. it was pretty flakey and I deleted it.

I'll see if I can get the tech team to remove it.

That might be better. I used the app for a short while, when it worked... and it always resulted in me shouting at the machine...

    Thanks for the prompt feedback!
Ok, then I know. I was curious to know but without any judgement of how good/bad it is.
When I get back later this week I will make a proper case so other can look into the issue on my computer. I have also tested with my cellular and it works as expected.
The app, the best option may to remove the link from start page.
    Kind regards,
    Dennis

I don't think it's offered anymore. Can't find in the Google Play store.

Update: I notified the tech team, they said it was fixed, but nothing has changed. More news as it happens.
