Multicoloured data bars

Since CF data bars appeared in 2007 I've loved them but never liked the restriction to one colour for positive values, one colour for negative.
So a couple of weeks ago I sat down to figure out a workaround and ended up with this:

Thanks to Jazzer for moving the thread to the right place.

I may be going a little over the top with this multicolour data bar thing.
You can now individually set the following for each data range:
- bar colour
- gradient or solid fill
- show value
- show border
- border colour
