Hi i am working part time as a content writer in local news channel,
On daily basis i write paragraphs and there are too much of spelling mistakes i do,is there any help that i can get like if want to correct spellings i just put that paragraph in that file and press button, in first highlights those spellings and ask you wish to correct? and spelling gets corrected!! Any help would do with vba would be better to save time! Is it possible?
Why would you want a VBA solution for this when it's already a built-in feature of Word?

If you use Microsoft Word and type your words, it will show problems with spelling and punctuation as you type. I think this is what the suggestion was above. I think you'll become a better speller and writer by using Word as it shows and corrects as you type.

There are two ways Word does spell check. One is "as you type" as explained by MarvinP. If a word is misspelled it is underlined with a squiggly line. If you right-click, then a menu will come up with suggestions for the correct spelling, and you can select one. The other way is to to spell check (Review > Spelling & Grammar) and it will stop on each misspelled word and offer a list of suggestions for the correct spelling.
There is not really any way for VBA to improve on that.
Is there problem of descriptions have misspellings, or they are abbreviated, or there are two of the very same thing?
