Merge Excel2Word - Labels

using office 2010 ent

So I have created excel sheet with numbers starting from a1 - down to a161.

I want to merge all data from excel cells to words, using Avery Label 5267, 80 labels.

I did the Mail Merge, Select Recipient, finish & merge, but nothign shows up.
I googled and youtubed and seem so easy but don't know what I'm missing.
