Create a Calculator based on hours

How can I create a holiday calculator based on hours worked by someone? The hours of holiday available to them is also subject to increase with the years service.

i.e. If I have been employed a full year, which is January to January (NOT i.e. join company in June till the end of that year), it would increase my holiday entitlement by a day. This rule only up to 3 additional extra days holiday (25 days in total max for the year).

I have attached a file with the hours and additional days accumulated.

Ideally, I would like to achieve this without the need for VBA, but if it simplifies things then so be it

    Thanks

    Explain that worksheet, be specific.

I added a more useful template on the attachment. It's complex, so I need help on it.

Hours tab - a look up of contract hours in row 2, then directly below are the annual leave they are entitled to.
Log tab - where annual leave requested would be entered manually
Employee - log of employees who work at the business, their start date, leave date, if they have left (May be used to calculate year's entitlement if entered like start date: 01/01/2017 leave date: 31/12/2017, but there are other conditions which may contradict this rule)
Calculator - This could possibly look up the log tab entry and update here. Other remaining coloms in this tab would require a formula to keep up with the changes of annual leave remaining/entitled/accrued after each approved request

    Hope that makes sense
