Changing the label of a Sum field in Values Field (DataField)

Hello, I'm working on Excel 2007.

I would like to ask for help. I'm posting the picture so it will be visible, what I will try to explain. pivottable.png
The picture is in Polish, but I assume it is the same for all languages?

I have a Pivot Table with few fields. I would like to add Value Field to sum up some data. The problem is that if there is only one field that is summed up, than the label is "Sum" (Suma in Polish).
When there are more fields added, it is how I would like the field to be labeled if there is only one. It is labeled then "Sum of....". I want the same even if only one field is added.

I cannot change it manually by clicking on Sum and then the settings, because nothing happens.

If there is only one summing Value Field, the label I would like to have goes up and to the left of the table.

"Wartości" in the upper side of the table with more fields means "values".

Does it depend on the version of Excel? I have only 2007 to test on.

My goal is to change it with VBA, but how it is possible?

    Thank you everyone.

I can't recall 2007, but in 2010 you get your layout when you have the Classic pivot table layout applied. If you turn that off in the pivot table options, you should see the actual field header (assuming it's not a .xls format workbook).

    Hi,

I don't understand exactly what you want. Please upload the actual workbook - pictures are no help, none of us are inclined to recreate your workbook just to test something.

Manually add or make a note of what you want to see. It might be that you can just use the 'Custom Name' option but until you explain a little more I can't say.

Yes it is also working in 2007. Thank you.
Unfortunately I need to work on Classic layout. I wonder if it is also possible here.

    Thanks.

    @Richard Buttrey
What I want to see is the label "Sum of Workers" [Polish: "Suma z Workers"] (instead of "Sum" [Polish: "Suma") of a Value field in the case where there is only one Value field added (bottom example in the picture)
It is stated above the second pivot table, but I have to have it exactly in the field where "Suma" currently is.

I'm afraid it's not possible to change the Classic layout behaviour.
