Does anyone have or can direct me to a good "how to create pivot tables" tutorial

I'm an excel novice whos been thrown into the fire at a new job. I know pivot tables are good to learn and even though they are above and beyond my job description I'd love to impress. I'm a do it yourself visual learner so if anyone knows of a good tutorial I'd love to take a look at it. Thanks.
