Gantt chart for multiple start and end dates

Hello,

I need help creating a Gantt chart for data that has multiple phases with different start and end dates. For each task, the duration of each phase should be shown in a single line in the chart. Attching the sample data file. The chart has to be created in the same tab as the data.
