    Pivot Colour Coding

    Hi all,

    I have created a pivot table and would like to colour code the columns that are based on the group of items that are for each column group - Is this something that is possible to do in Excel 2007?

    I have 2 categories which detail the calculations below, and would like to make it very clear that each is for the column heading. And then a separate colour for the TOTAL.

    Hi Adelem,

    As far as I'm aware, you can use CF on the Total column of a Pivot table & the Totals of the categories you add to the 'Rows' area of the Pivot.

    I'm not sure it supports exactly what you need.
