Pivot Chart Radar Chart Labels Problem

I have created a radar pivot chart that will allow the user to change by date values. The pivot chart sorts by a category, HSSM, Performance Training and Equine. I was wondering if I was able to amend the data labels to only read the values, eg;
Physio A
Physio B
Diet A
Diet B

instead of ;

HSSM Physio A
HSSM Physio B
HSSM Diet A
HSSM Diet B

I need to keep the groupings so they stay together on the Radar Chart but it looks cluttered; I'm not sure what I should be looking at when I research it or if it is at all possible. Perhaps there's a way I can create the radar chart using vba without using a pivot chart from the main data source and still allows the user to pick a date to filter the chart and display the radar chart, changing when the date changes.
