Counts using pivot table

i need help how can i get counts using pivot table i know how to get the total counts, but let say for example i have

COLUMN A

Lucky Singh Clear Balance

100
0

Singh Lucky

0
0

The goal is counts if i hit 100 score that means 1 count of hit if i missed 1 count for missed

you will see the example on attached file.

You can just add a column at the end of your raw data and use the function "=countif(C2,100)" which will return a 1 if it's true and 0 if false. Add this column to your pivot table.
