Customized Subtotal in Pivot

Hi Team,
I have a couple of challenges for you.
1. I want to show subtotals and totals in a pivot table. The subtotals shown here were added via right click "add subtotals". For column 4,5,6 works fine but for columns 7 and 10 it doesn't. Is there a way I can create an object/measure to mimic the formula in N34 and in O34?
2. I have a Filter Return by type because the complete data has different return Types. So, the solution should considered that this selection will change.

Try this:

Click on the Pivot Table > PivotTable Analyze > Fields, Items, & Sets > Calculated Field
Formula: =' Real Value'/ Invested

But how do I eliminate the value on the cells in red and possibly replace I42 wit J42 and L42 with M42?

I don't understand what you are asking. Are you still referring to the sample that you shared in post #1?

The suggestion in post #2 shows the correct values (given by you in columns N and O) in the pivot table in columns I and L.
