I have started a task sheet in excel 2013 and I have a "task description" column,
a "start date", b "target Date", c "finish date", d "number of days" and e "% complete" column.
What I want to achieve is the user to enter the first task start date and
the number of days it will take to complete. Then excel will work out the end
date and the percent complete field relating to the date.
Is there a easy formula of working out the percentage?

Which days (if any) count as weekends?
Do you want to take public holidays into account (and, if so - provide a list of dates).
Is the start date Day 0 or Day 1?
