Conditional Formatting cell color basing on matched value

Hello,

I'm stuck in getting the conditional formatting to work on cell color.

Referring to the attachment, I wish to conditionally format column A with colors whose cell value matches to that in the range of pre-set colored cells in range D4 to H4.

Thank you for your reply.

But I'm afraid my working file has actually at least 15 colors (not restricted to 5 colors as per my attachment).

I'm wondering whether we can set "if" statement in column A cells through conditional formatting, by looking up its cell value to match the range of cell values in row4, and then adopt the corresponding color. Also this way I don't need to bother what the color value it relates.

Kindly advise if there is smarter ways to accomplish.
