Bench Duty Roster

Hi,

I am about to take over managing a basketball team, and part of that is assigning parents of players to do bench duty - of course this needs to be done fairly to avoid sporty parent agro.

So basically I have attached a spreadsheet of how I'm trying to manage it, but am willing to take advice on a different way to present it

First Box:
Family names listed in one section just so I can keep track of who is on the roster
Gave them an ID in a second column (Just coz I thought that would be helpful)

Second Box:
Game number - roughly 15 games per season
Duty Family 1 then Duty Family 2 - for who is on bench duty that week
Comments place for me to keep track of wether they actually did the job or not (random free text)

So the help I need is to randomize the parents across all 15 games, with each family doing the same amount of games, and if possible working with a different family each time they are on.

I've done some playing around and have managed to randomise it fine. even across both columns. but then the bit about being assigned an equal amount of games is above me and doing my head in. and of course simple randomisation can also lead to you being on bench duty with yourself.
