Listing Unique values based on partial match criteria

I am trying to write a formula that will return a list of results based on several rows of data listed on a data page. The problem that i am running into is i need to search for a partial match as the criteria. Due to the type of formula wildcard characters don't work. While i have found numerous google results similar to my problem not of them quite fit exactly my desired results and i cannot quite get there on my own.

I am indexing the data in column D if the corresponding row in column E includes the word "Modern" listed anywhere in the cell without duplicating the results from the previous rows.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!!!
