Paste as values cells with external reference & Paste as formulas cells with internal ref.

Hi guys,

So i have a workbook with formulas that are using inside cells and formulas that are using cells from other workbooks. I want to copy-paste as values the cells that have formulas linked to other workbooks and copy-paste as formulas the cells that are using inside cells. Basically think of copy-pasting a format.


Example:

cell A1 = uses a formula linked to other workbook
cell A2 = uses a formula linked to other workbook
cell A3 = A1+A2

and after the copy-paste exercises i would like to see

cell A1= value
cell A2= value
cell A3= A1+A2 (as formula)

Not working... dunno why.

I dont see anything. I think I explained it wrong. my apologies! i wrote workbooks instead of worksheets.

I want to copy-paste as values the cells that have formulas linked to other worksheets (in the same document but different tabs) and copy-paste as formulas the cells that are using cells from the same worksheet. Basically, i want to send to somebody a worksheet where he can see values in the cells that are using formulas connected to other worksheets but i want to keep the formulas within the sheet.
