Copying and pasting conditional formatting rules

I am sorry for re-posting this issue, but I never really got the resolution I was looking for. I have attached a sample program. I have several of these types of worksheets with several hundred names. I am trying to find a way to copy and paste the conditional formatting like it appears in C5:X6, C7:X8, C9:X10, C11:X12, and C13:X14 to the rest of my worksheet. Column A works fine. I was able to format each of those 5 areas starting in the C column individually, one at a time. I am hoping to find a quicker solution to applying that formatting to hundreds of names. I have tried playing with the $ sign in my reference cells, but can't seem to get that to work either. I have searched the web for a solution, but can't find one. Or maybe I am missing another solution. Anyway, thanks for any help provided.
