Table Not Refreshing (Referencing from Pivot and other areas)

Hello Guys! I need a major help please. I have created a huge database of records and am now trying to figure out what went wrong here in this workbook.

So when you key in data at "Email, FB & OB", there is a pivot table in "Refenfb" that captures all the data.

In "Week 4", it brings out the filtered data from "Refenfb" and shows the data. But in this workbook, the data in "Week 4" does not gets updated automatically if you do not open up "Refenfb" first.

I have set the automated calculation in options and have tried other ways but do not seem to get this problem fixed.

Can anyone offer a solution to this?
