Percentages from conditional formatting

Good evening everyone.

I have a (hopefully) quick problem to solve. I have created a training record which highligts cell colour by date. Green if their training is up to date, yellow if due to expire and red if out of date. I now want to create a row that shows the percentage of green cells and itself turns green when the result is over 80%. HOw would I acheive this? It would be going in the row called '% Trained'I have attached a screenshot showing the sheet and also the current conditional formatting. Any help would be great!

Rather than testing for the cell color/conditional format (which would need to be done in VBA), you can just test for the condition that triggered the green condition in the first place. In G10 enter:

Then format the cell as Percent. You can then set a conditional format on THAT cell to see if the value is greater than 0.80 (80%).
