Excluding Sunday and Holiday in Formula to Work in Excel 2007

Hi,
I am using Excel 2007 and NETWORK.INTL doesn't work.

I need a formula that will include Saturday (so workdays will be Monday thru Saturday)
I found this formula on one of the post and it works
=A1-WEEKDAY(A1,3)+INT(7/6*(B1+MIN(5,WEEKDAY(A1,3))))
however I need it to also exclude Holidays.

where B1 holds end date, A1 start date, H1:H10 contain holidays and the edit:[red] 1s define Sunday
