How to Set Kilometer formula in Excel Sheet

If Company pay per KM rates to rider as below
00 Kilometer to 04 Kilometer $3
04 Kilometer to 06 Kilometer $4
06 Kilometer to 15 Kilometer $5
15 Kilometer to 99 Kilometer $6

if some one drive 16KM, then how can i put formula on excel cell.

Please Help!!!
