Lookup Info on another sheet

Okay one more time! I'm trying to pull a percentage from another sheet for specific cities. So if the city on my sheet one is Rio Rancho (Cell F5) then we would go to sheet two find Rio Rancho and then pull the percentage from the column next to the column that say Rio Rancho. I am currently using this formula: =VLOOKUP(F5,'GRT Table'!$A$1:$B$268,2,1)*F9 but it is not working correctly. The cities are listed in columm A and the percentages are listed in B.

Your example of "Rio Rancho" had a trailing blank in "GRT table" hence no match. A common error!

I figured out my problem and it is working now. Thank you so much for your assistance!
