Creating dynamic chart with 2 filters

I have a data set that has 2 filters that I would like to have updating on a dynamic chart:

Column A: Transaction Date (X Axis)
    Column B: Account (filter-able)
    Column C: Transaction Type (filter-able)
    Column D: Amount (Y Axis)

I want there to be one or multiple lines in a line chart based on what is selected from column C, and I want the data set to include more or less data based on the Account(s) selected (Column B). Column B would not be part of the key - only selections in Column C would show in the key.

Can this be done, and if so, can you give me some guidelines. I'd be happy to attach an example.

    Thanks

Attach the example. It will make it much easier to fully understand your needs.
