Auto Fill from other columns and using IF with related to blank or Zero cells

Hello Team,

Could you please help with what i am trying to do here. In the attachment if you see, i have 3 sections.

1) I want the section 2 column I to be auto filled based on that data i feed in section 1 columns C, D, E.
2) In section 3, If you see P8 formula, I derived it based on L:M values because both Item1 and item2 has value. Here is that possible that when Item A column has some value and Item1 and Item2 are blank or Zero then the Final result should show product of Item A and default value in M8?

Thank you Bhuvi...thats answers my second question...well that works with blank cells, how about cells with zero? is it possible too?
Any lights on my first question above?

Sorry for re-opening this thread again. Well i just noticed the solution provided Bhuvi with related to my 1st question has slight mistake.
The use of transpose is only limited to switch rows to columns or columns to rows without based on dates and the specific column. I am trying to auto fill data when entered in A:E that should auto filled under "I" column based on dates and shifts. Can you please help me with this? because the data will grow on A:E columns.
