[Help] Error: 8192 Character Limit

Hello,

I recently updated to Windows 10 on my work computer and for some reason I have been having this issue with all of my excel workbooks, so I ended up having to rebuild most of them.

Well, one of my excel workbooks that I use daily was created originally from scratch as an Excel Binary Workbook Format, and has 0 formulas, 0 macros and 0 Conditional Formatting. All I have on this document is the following.

Four sheets:
-Data sheet table with 14 columns and 1261 rows of data. Rows contain flat text data, with one column being URL addresses, again saved as flat text.
-Key sheet which is used as a reference sheet for using this workbook, nothing special here.
-Pivot sheet: 12 pivot tables that pull from the data sheet table. Honestly nothing too crazy here either.
-Dashboard summary sheet with flat text summarizing the data.

I'm not sure what to do at this point, I can't make changes to the workbook because it won't let me save without the error and I fear having the same issue if I build it from scratch again. Thoughts?
