hi
i have created a line chart in excel which charts 3 different lines (percentages) over a 13 year period (one % for each month JFMAMJJASOND). When i come to make the chart, there is a display problem with the tick marks on the final month (2013) in that is is displaying divide lines which have previously been used to mark a new year. 2013 only has 11 months of data but i have done this on a previous chart which worked fine.
any ideas why this is happening at the end of the chart?

Can't really tell with a picture, as opposed to a file. try adding the 12th month for 2013 with a value of =na()

OK. I extended the x-axis to the first datapoint of 2014, and made it =NA(). I also extended the datasets to the last month of 2013, that gives tou the big tick mark at the end of 2013. If you leave that out, uou don't get the bicg tick mark!!
