Conditional Formatting on two columns

Hi, I can do this without a CF. But, CF would be quicker since it is visual.

column A is first names and column B is last names. How can I highlight duplicates? I can highlight duplicates in one or booths columns but can't make a rule that only highlights where both columns are equal.

Example, there are 86 Alberts and 41 Smiths. I don't care to highlight all of those. I do want to see it highlighted if there are 2 Albert Smiths though.

Just join the 'first name' and 'last name' together in column C for a 'full name', then use COUNTIF over that column in your conditional formatting.

That is a fine solution. I've used it on a different sheet in fact. But, it won't work for this one because it is updated via an import several times a day and the columns are fixed. I do appreciate your time answering my question though. Thank You.
