Need correct % in pivot table based off values

I have a pivot able & I need to have % show up. But it's summing the % instead of actually going by what the two columns come out to.

I know that my values table is showing "sum of trend" & it's wrong. But I've seen another file similar to mine put out the correct information.

    Thanks!

You see the example in the screen shot. 40 then info for 54 then 132. Instead of it showing a sum of 292% it should be .409 or 41%. (40/54=.41%)

hi Statz. insert a Calculated Field instead.
    1. click on PivotTable
    2. go to ANALYZE tab -> Fields, Items & Sets -> Calculated Field
    3. Give it a Name. Formula:
    =Disp /Feat
    4. Press OK.
    5. right-click the new calculated Field column -> Number Format
    6. put as %

Re: Need correct % in pivot table based off values

I am adding my own question onto this thread - If We use the same example in a pivot table -
Can we achieve the result as (feat - display ) / Grant total of feat?
with the same example : consider row label 15
Need a column that displays the result in percentage for the following (( 120-96)/ 2198 )%
