Separate VBA Code into 2 windows in Excel 2016

    Hi Guys,

i have question regarding Excel 2016.
I cannot open 2 separate windows for each workbook's code.

    It is possible?

You could run two separate instances of Excel, and hence two separate instances of the VBE. Not sure why you would want to, though...?

    Hi Olly,

    thank you.

    This is not working.
I am opening new instance of Excel (search button in windows 10 and excel --> open) and opening VBA code and still, only one window...

Sometimes i have to compare code and this is useful.

    Best,
    Jacek

Unlikely. Just sounds like you're not actually starting two separate instances of Excel.

    [Start > Run > "excel" > OK] - twice.

I still don't really know why you need to, though - you can dock / arrange modules within the VBE window.
