How to insert Increase Series of Number

I would like to do a tracking for my lucky draw booklets via Excel as below.
Is there any function or formula to do fill-in automatically? (Increase by 50)

000-050
051-100
101-150
151-200

Why 000??? Shouldn't it be 001?

Assuming that you really mean 001-050:

=TEXT(1+50*(ROWS($1:1)-1),"000")&"-"&TEXT(50*ROWS($1:1),"000")

copied down.
