Formula that multiplies 2 columns

Hi everyone!!! Looking For help with formula for the following scenario:

I am trying to get the numbers in Column V to be multiplied by Numbers in Column L, and the result added to the number in cell F1 each time when the new cells in columns L and V are filled.

Hope thAt makes any sense.
