Hi,
I have a file I created that I am intending to use for product job data that prints a 'job book' for our production team. The file is shared across numerous users. It is intended to have specifically set page sizes at Letter with no custom margins or scaling.
For some reason, between different computers and even docking stations, the formatting of the worksheets change and all of a sudden what fit perfectly on a letter page has now shifted down or up into another pages content. How do I fix this? I have read that this might be a problem depending on the setting of the default printer selected. I have attempted to curb that by using Adobe PDF, but I can't control the default printer settings of other users.
I have attached an image showing the problem. The column heights are the same, but for some reason the margins seem to be different depending on where the file opened (which computer, which dock, etc...).
There has to be an easy fix to this i'm just not familiar with and it's a difficult one to describe and search for resolutions for. I have attached a photo showing the same file opened from different sources showing altered formatting....Excel Formatting - Job Data.png
