Hi all, new member here. I have a CRM workbook with client contract listings. Column H has the client contract number for each client. How do i set up a link from this contract number, into my company database, to bring up the relevant contract details? Can i do this without involving corporate IT ?
You are going to need to provide FAR more detail - and preferably a sample workbook - before we can answer that.
eg what is CRM?
where is the company database?
what does that database run in (program?)
etc
