Conditional Formatting not correctly showing cycle status

I have an Excel file that pulls data from a process monitoring system and uses it to display that info around the facility. It seems I have it all synced up except for the color that is supposed to show the cycle status (red for bad, green for good, etc.). I've been trying to mess with the conditional formatting and I've tried pasting the format in from another cell. I've had luck with neither, but I am not great with Excel. Anyone have any advice/solutions?Screenshot 2023-07-28 134435.pngScreenshot 2023-07-28 134526.png

To attach a file to your post,
click advanced (next to quick post),
scroll down until you see "manage file",
click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.

Apply the rules to a RANGE in the Applies to box, not a single cell.

A sample workbook would help so that one of us can show you how.
