help with Bankroll stats from different sheets to be calculated

how can i make this formula show the $750.00

I also made deposit in row 67 in tournaments sheet and pokestake sheet row 280
it shows as deposit can it reflect as per transaction in the list of any choosen
deposit, withdrawal, player transfer, rakeback, bonus, tourney or cash

Is it possible for the middle amt. to show the one after till in the increments that reflects in the CG google by the % you calculate to be the correct to have the 3 amounts i keep playing with it but i can figure out how he set it up
or why it starts like this $104.50 till $104.50 in play% 0%
lets say i type $104.50 in chipns in play then shows $10.45 till $114.96 in play% : 9%
where does it come out with $104.50 then $114.95
then when it says $10.45 till $114.95 in play%: 9% I add the $104.50+10.45 =114.95
then when i type $114.95 shows 1.05 till $116 in play%: 10%
114.95 + 1.05 = 116
what i think is he didn't calculate the % correct he was off, can we have it correct with the increments to show
i was using a percentage calculator, but can't decode the increments he was using in the middle amt.

I believe that the pivot tables on the Bankroll and Stake Bankroll sheet are now working properly.

after trying out pivot table, tournaments and pokerstake different a bit can you adjust to the best working order
tournament in picture you see bankroll and player cost amt. seems correct for 1946.42 but bankroll not showing the actual balance of 12,46.44
and pokerstake
cost+fee is really not showing anything as you see picture one with ending in 2.01 thats in rows section and the one with 274 don't show the amt. of stake a bit offpivot.png

I think that you could either add the different types of transactions to the list of networks on the Info sheet and then include them all in the networks dropdown or just type in the transactions in the Category column.
I believe the issue raised in post #406 are resolved, although to get the Bankroll column to show -1246.44 the values are shown as a running total so there is nothing in the grand total row for that column.

i get a bit when you say network in info do you mean Site we don't have list of network only the column in tournaments
how can it just show up like deposit from all transaction without having to worry about typing it or doing something different than when it just appears when is a deposit by entering date
i wouldn't want to mixed the transactions with site or network, if is a transaction in the transactions i would like it to be as like a deposit

if you can see in the info sheet thats why a while back i try to have as per site only sites which i still see deposit in site column ab will delete and only have in transaction and not in both places

deposits don't show grandtotal as deposits in all transaction shows 274 of 576

Reply to post #410: Look back at the file attached to post #404, cell B7 has a non-working dropdown which I guess should be linked to cells AC3 and down on the Info sheet. Cell B8 and down have dropdowns linked to cells AB3:AB14 on the Info sheet. That's not going to work. You could either put link to all possible values or just manually type in those that are not in cells AB3:AB14.

Cell B7 on the Tournaments sheet is a non-working dropdown. It was linked to a different group of cells than cells B8 and down. Having dropdown cells in the same column that are linked to different ranges of cells on the Info sheet isn't going to work. You need to decide to either put all the possible entries that could be picked in column B into one range on the Info sheet or type in deposit, withdrawal etc. manually.
As to the pivot table on the Bankroll sheet, select any cell in the Deposits column, then right click the mouse and select Summarize values by. From the resulting list choose Sum instead of Count.
Assuming that you are talking about the formula in column AH on the Tournaments sheet and that you only want to display a one in the case where there are 10 or less entrants, then change the formula to read:

thank you I am working on the changes I added combine list for dropdown list in column B in tournament sheet and bankroll sheet,
but i still see deposit in category column row 67 in tournaments, thats where i want it to reflect bonus or rakeback anything from column B in bankroll sheet, not sure if it was necessary to combine but i have now. in this file

For deposits after changing from count to sum it show but only 2 for 100 each total of 200

I changed the value in cell AE8 on the Tournaments sheet to 5 and cell AH8 (FT) displays 1. I thought that is what you wanted.
I also changed cell B67 to Bonus and cell H67 displays Bonus and cell AL67 displays 100.

let me explain okay final tables are usually 10 to 9 players rarely 9 mostly 10 players so when is 10 players it should count as 1 FT
but when is over 10 players it shuouldn't be a 1 in FT column
will look for other fomula now, that seem to work but there was another issue that that formula would show 1 in rank if nothing was input as rank will look for it and find it na paste here. brb

I changed rows 7 and 67, but you will need to put in the other transactions.

note, if we continued where we left up would be best to work in section would like the all transactions section as results after testing out the bonus and rakeback didn't reflect. calottery shouldn't take us to long to complete the hardest i think is the calottery results but if is to complicated maybe we can put that section off. following your advice of what you think is best to complete all. will upload now I was able to upload.

There is no specified sheet or cell in which to put the adjustment for the formula =(SUM(B32:B6017)+SUM(A32:A6018)+SUM(D9:D5994)). Also there is no specified sheet/cell in the results file to know where the formula comes from.
Look at the hours column on the Tournaments sheet. Cell H14 displays 21 hours and 20 minutes so the total for that column must be more than 16 hours. Select all the cells in that column and then look at the bottom right corner of the screen and it displays sum: 856:00:00.

maybe is best to have the 2 all transactions the one in bankroll for tounaments, cash, and don sng and pokerstake for its own. not have mixed. also in the past i have done way many deposits in pokerstake which will over stack the bankroll and by having by its own easier to see whats going on

It would probably be better to name the two transaction tables something like TournamentTransactions and StakeTransactions so that it does not create confusion as to which transaction table is being referenced.

after moving column deposits to be column H now is showing 650 in total deposits
but when i put filter and select shows 575 which is making the bankroll positive 75

note: that i move deposit column in pokerstake after hours it is now column H in pokerstake

I renamed tbl_Tournaments and tbl_PokerStake like they had been in previous files and then named the transaction table on the Bankroll sheet tbl_TournamentTransactions and the transaction table on the Stake Bankroll sheet tbl_StakeTransactions.
Hopefully the formula in cell K7 on the Bankroll sheet is now easy to read so that you can tell if the correct things are being added:

If the total in cell K7 is correct then you can paste that formula into any cell in the workbook where you want to see the Total Bankroll or, better, you could then put =Bankroll!K7 into any cell in the workbook that needs to display Total Bankroll.

It seems that post #489 is asking to automatically copy entries from tbl_TournamentTransactions table into tbl_Tournaments.
As has been stated previously, I don't know how to make that work using version 2019 supported formulas.
At one point I used power query to set up a table on the List sheet in columns K:N that would copy transactions from tbl_Tournaments and tbl_PokerStake but because of columns being added/deleted/renamed/rearranged (i.e. post #492) that didn't work either.
Perhaps if there comes a point at which the columns in tbl_Tournaments and tbl_PokerStake are set then that could be attempted again, but until then it is wasting time.
You could certainly seek help from contributors that are familiar with VBA or the newer 365 version.

In thi file i made real entries note i change name on a few sites only to have real entries and made the adjustments in each sheet from row 8:31
i have entries for all sites except 4poker everything reflecting on bankroll sheet as it should for rows 32:41 it should get stats by category I manually input from network removing the dropdown list, if the formula can auto input in column c in tournament sheet not affecting dropdown when adjusting for sites everything should work as it should.

Note: that i don't have entries for some catagories like high rollers omholic, and chinese zodiac global & stage

okay seems to add the starting roll not sure why it wasen't @ 1st
but not adding a second starting roll if added. but thats okay I can only do the starting bankroll from bankroll all transactions

Can the deposit be added from stake bankroll all transactions to j3, right now show 10 dollars starting roll from bankroll sheet
but lets say i add a deposit in tbl_StakeTransactions in cell d26 for 10 dollars can that add up to the $10 staring roll & L8 in bankroll sheet
I think that would do it.


Note: that the 10 starting roll from bankroll sheet, is only adding to starting bankroll j3 but not to current bankroll j5 in stake bankroll
or L8 in bankroll sheet

This is confusing.
Should cell J3 display only the most recent starting roll or a sum of all starting rolls.
Will all starting rolls be listed in one transaction table like in the file attached to post #498, or will there be starting rolls listed in both transaction tables?

In the file that is what it is doing.
Last starting roll for poker stake is for $10.
If that isn't the correct amount then please tell us what is and why.

yes is doing the starting roll, but not the deposits from pokerstake all transactions in this file i made deposit of 100 in stake bankroll sheet all transactions not adding to the starting roll in cell j3all .png

The file attached to post #502 does not have anything in cell D26 on the Stake Bankroll sheet and has 10 in cell D32 on the Bankroll sheet.
There is no manually calculated amount in cell J3.

did you see Tournaments sheet where formula for catagories from row 25:41 to get stats I manully input some in category the ones with green arrows

Yes.
When you say rows 25:41 do you mean rows 38:45 as all other category entries are formula.
When you say sites do you mean network as there isn't a site column.

The data validation is restored to the Network column.
I don't understand why there was a need to remove the data validation in the Network column nor why there was a need to manually input categories.
I have a feeling that the Categories column formula is still not correct despite numerous revisions.
Please explain in detail how the Categories column should be populated.

im sorry im sorry, I may did it to help you get a visual of how it would need to work with the dropdown i think it was showing the network instead of the category, should populate the same as the pokerstake and the network by using the network column C in tournaments.
there was a formula that gives out the stats of the caegories but then the network stops working i will find the post and tell you which one is in post#490

Might be able to combine if you could give specific instances of when the Category is determined by the Network and when the Category is determined by the Tournament.

On the list sheet there are 122 rows of Categories related to Tournaments.

okay not sure how you want to do this but, the least option i want to use is GG network which are tournaments from that network but i really don't want to do that, wanted the way is set up now and not having to rename all catagories to GG GG GG GG GG in bankroll sheet, and since thats the main network i would like to play the most. unless you have a better idea if not we can go with that. please let me know
that whole post# 514 picture would be GG instead of catagory, but i am not sure of a better way

I would rather that than you having to write a big formula and then cause me trouble long down the road if new names in tournaments change as is asways changing when new series come wsop etc would be really hard to keep with the long formula like the one in the pivot table.

please let me know what i need to do on my end if is to change the names on catagories or re arrange anything in bankroll sheet. to get the stats, trust me i am not lazy to do any of that, is just that i wanted the way is set up now.

If I understand correctly, then when the entry in the network column is GG then the entry in the category column should be GG.
If that is the case then change the formula in the category column to read:
