help with Bankroll stats from different sheets to be calculated

You need to tell us where the rebuy formula should be placed and explain how it should work.
If the word "staking" might be used in the network column then you'll need to keep it, otherwise I feel that you can delete it.

Have you deleted the Network column or is there a possibility that "staking" will be used in that column?
Row 56 (Tournaments sheet) shows 1 rebuy of a $33 tournament. What amount should cell AD56 display?

Paste the following into cell W21: =COUNTIFS(tbl_Tournaments[Category],V20)
You will need to revert back to the previous file, that includes the Pokerstake sheet, because the formulas on the Stakebankroll sheet refer to the Pokerstake sheet.

I would like to extract both the list sheet and plys 2 stake i always have to update the newest file with the winning players and some times get very messy and confusing plus soon i won't be able to upload
also in this file you can see the tounaments that start with amt. in begining of name where i also have to correct 1 by one along with the yuan corrections.
and if once extract to individual workbook we can have pivot tables in one sheet would be great like that i have more room to work or see better the results as its to narrow in 1 sheet. here is the latest file

As to fixing the List sheet table, as long as columns are being added and removed from tbl_Tournaments the table on the List sheet will keep breaking.
Please carefully look at the columns in tbl_Tournaments and decide what you will need in order to achieve your objective.
Provide us a list of those columns so that we can see which of the other columns will have to remain to support the calculations.

i want columns B:G results of each month jan: dec that would give me a break down how much i stake each month and cashes along with how many games I stake each month and D6 will be the total stake.
once the above is completes the sheet with stats for stake summary 2024 i will only have the link in row 7 to the 2023 results if i want to see a past year.

Here is the file with formulas referencing columns on the PokerStake sheet.
Note that to get #Stake column to work you will need to remove [Mystery Bounty] from the tournaments highlighted yellow.

What determines an FT?
Assume that a win would be when rank equals one, but there are no values in the Rank column.

Appears as if both the FT and Wins columns are working correctly.

The formulas for the poker summary sheet will be the same as the formulas for the stake summary sheet except that instead of referring to tbl_PokerStake make the reference to tbl_Tournaments.

If I understood correctly, then it should be working correctly now.
Column D displays Dates and column E displays days.
The cost+fee, FT and wins columns now yield zeros instead of blanks which corrects the errors in the columns on summary sheets.

You can't change to #sess because those cells are not blank, they are filled with a formula.
You could however change to Tournaments which has the same pattern as the Network column.

In order for the Profit/Loss column to calculate without using the Info sheet you will need to put values in the Prize column.

To delete multiple rows:
1. I would try this on a copy of the actual file
2. Select a cell in one of the rows that you want to delete such as cell B12
3. Press the Ctrl key and continue to select cells in the rows that you want to delete such as cells B15, B18 etc.
4. Once one of the cells in all of the rows are selected right click the mouse and select delete and then table rows

The only way that I can think of to do what you want in column F would be to add another column that will show only the time and day and then paste the values back to column F, which doesn't seem to me to be an advantage.
You do know that you can wait till all entries are made, go to cell F7, press the Ctrl, Shift and down arrow keys to select all cells in the Start column. You can then format all cells at the same time.

it fills everything down, its a challenge having to do all the changes feel that would take time and when playing concentration and frustration

Cleared the contents of the End Time column then typed Oct 03, 21:290 back into cell G7. Now you should be able to add a row without getting an error message.
If you are sure that you are not going to be adding/deleting columns from either the Tournaments or PokerStake sheet then the power query code to produce the list table could be rewritten.
Until then you can
1. Filter the Category column on the PokerStake sheet to display only NA's
2. Select and copy all displayed tournaments
3. Paste to the bottom of the tournament column on the List sheet
4. From the Data tab select remove duplicates
5. Select only tournaments in the dialog box
6. Select OK
7. Fill in any blank cells in the category column
I have gone through the first six steps this time, you need to fill in categories for cells B416 and down.

**Array formulas are not entered in the same way as 'standard' formulas. Instead of pressing just ENTER, you first hold down CTRL and SHIFT, and only then press ENTER. If you've done it correctly, you'll notice Excel puts curly brackets {} around the formula (though do not attempt to manually insert these yourself).
Not sure why you would want to do that however as it would seem simpler to populate the cost+fee column from the dollar portion of the share column and leave everything else alone.
I also don't know what the % portion of the share column represents.

Don't delete the cost+fee column yet.
This is going to require some pretty complicated formulas so I will ask that you check them a column at a time to make sure that the results are correct.

When tracing dependents of the cost + fee column it shows that it is being used in one of the other worksheets. You may want to check and see if you can find out which one. You could delete the cost + fee column and then check to see which calculations on other worksheets yield #REF! errors.

i think gross profit not calculating correct i am checking like row 158 share bought 15.66 cashes 14.50 and gross shows -7.25 think should be -1.16

$/HR is showing #DIV/0! because except for cell H7 all of the other hours show zero.
On the copy of the workbook that I have cell AD158 displays -1.16

re: balance i don't i just know that all entries seem to be exact and deposits and cashes as pokerstake so not sure why is off. i mean i would love not to have that issue because, i mean this is the thing now is taking me time where i stay behind in plys2stake which i am working on because i spend time trying to fixed the balance and having to do it over and over to correct and it was always a different amt. hopefully with the changes we made it helps but is till off by a bit. and i am only staking a bit. the staking is going to increase to 100 to 200 to 300 tournaments a day and i want to come and just enter in workbook not having to do 1 by 1 so i really want to have this down to almost perfection. and for that i would like for you to even look at my pokerstake account to compare the numbers of why is off

The trace dependents indicates that the values from the cost + fee column are used in other worksheets, not other files. There should only be three other worksheets that would use the amounts from that column, Stake Summary 2024, Stake Bankroll and Info. The cost formulas in the Stake Bankroll sheet all used those amounts so I changed that formula using the following array entered formula:

However I believe that cost+fee should be replaced with Buy-in.

The formula in question is in cell B50 on the Info sheet.

Even after changing the formula in cell B50 to =SUMIFS(tbl_PokerStake[Buy-in],tbl_PokerStake[Buy-in],">0")/COUNTIFS(tbl_PokerStake[Buy-in],">0") the trace dependents still shows that the amounts in that column are being used in at least one of the other worksheets in the workbook.
I can't find it and if you can't find it either then you could go ahead and delete the column and see if any results on the Stake Summary 2024, Stake Bankroll or Info worksheets changes to #REF!
Another option would be to populate the cost + fee column using: =IF([@Tournaments]="",0,MID([@Share],SEARCH("$",[@Share])+1,SEARCH(")",[@Share])-SEARCH("$",[@Share])-1)) so that it displays the amount from inside the parentheses in the Share column.

There are too many issues to fix them all tonight.
You need to fill in the categories in cells B405:B580 on the List sheet and then reupload the file.
There are some tournaments such as 23:$300 Omaholic Triple Chance in cell I1018 and Bryan Paris in cell I1230 on the Plys 2 Stake sheet that cause the #VALUES! errors.
Could 23:$300 Omaholic Triple Chance be changed to $300 Omaholic Triple Chance
Bryan Paris > ??

Some values in the Cashes column were text ¥782.15 + If there is a + at the end then retype the number without the ¥ symbol then apply formatting.
Remove [Bounty] from Zodiac PLONL Main Event ¥530 [Bounty] as in cell I1314.
Zodiac Main Event ¥388, ¥250K GTD needs to be changed to Zodiac Main Event ¥388 There should not be anything after the buy in when buy-in is in ¥'s
Can't do any more until the Omaholic Thursday #3: entries are changed or buy-ins are manually entered for those rows.

I'll look at the remaining games when you get them ready. You don't really need to blur out the canceled transactions, I can tell the difference between finished/won and canceled.
As to emails etc. I think that you need to be the one to talk directly to the people at pokerstake and tell them that you found a discrepancy.
Are you sure that there are no handling fees associated with the site which you may be overlooking.

Looking at the picture the tournament $52.50 Mystery Bounty Million, $1.01M GTD played by Luckky9 has 28%($16.17) listed twice.
In the spreadsheet it is only listed once.
Could that be part of the problem?

The order of the list of tournaments in picture is not the same as the order of the list of tournaments on the worksheet.

In the attached file columns H:M display how the csv file could be modified via formulas into a format where the data might be ready to be pasted directly into a spreadsheet.
Also, might be able to do more modifications if that would make things easier.

not sure if this is going to work, but i really like this idea is great. the only
issue i see here is that when i produce the file to download using google extention instant data scraper it produces a bit different
in these 2 files here i have all staking from 1/1/2024 till 1/18/2024 and file 1 with 100 games show more columns thatn file 2
with the rest of the staking.

Delete the old data in columns A:Q.
Paste the new data into columns A:Q.
If there are more than 31 rows of new data then you will need to copy the formulas in columns S and U:Z down to the last row of new data.
After that you should just need to copy the data from columns U:V and paste into the PokerStake sheet of the Tournament Live Play workbook.

in this picture i paste new data from book 1 and 2 and this is how it looks where one is shorter in columns Attachment 856470
i also did S and U:Z down to the last row of new data.
and it gets stuck in row 22 in this file

Selecting attachment 856470 results in the following error message: "Invalid Attachment specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator"
Is there any way to know the greatest number of columns that will be included in the download? If not then you will have to adjust the formulas whenever there are more columns than previous downloads.
I suggest that you only download one row of column headers if possible otherwise you will have to change the formulas depending on which row the data starts.
I have moved columns S and U:Z to columns T and V:AA and rewritten the formulas to include rows 3:500 and to exclude the canceled tournaments which were in column L but are now in column R.

i did a test just now donwload 5 files of 100 rows
4 files are columns A:N and only 1
A:R not sure why is that
I would like to enter part 2 of he rest of the staking but its only till column N

To get the information from part 2 I erased the data in columns A:R of the file that I attached to post #709.
I selected the cells A1:N101 of the part 2 file.
I selected cell A1 of the file attached to post #709 and then pressed the Ctrl and v keys which pasted the data from part 2 into columns A:N.
I had to change the row references back so they start with row 2 and change the column references in the array portion of the INDEX formulas to match the actual locations in the part 2 file.

so okay and what about file in post#711
i will try the following use file in post# 709 delete data and enter the rest of the staking which is about 80 tournaments of part 2
this is the file i will paste new data to 709 is 85 tournaments 84 with out heaters
my next step is copy to workbook will delete all entries and do from scratch

and this if the results. in this file main workbook.

note: i notice that
file in post#711 not detecting the cancel transactions, since the name Canceled don't show in part 2 where is only A:N columns
in this file i marked the only thing that can help know which are canceled that is by the blank space in column J i marked in Yellow
all marked in yellow are canceled in pokerstake platform.

Don't see anything marked in yellow except for some values in the Bankroll sheet of the tournament live play file and that does not seem to be what you are talking about.
Using the information about blank spaces in column J I changed the formulas in columns T:AA of the pokerstake file replacing ($R$2:$R$500="") with ($J$2:$J$500<>"").
I hope that you are attempting to learn how to do some of this.

so what i did was carry the $.10 cents from 2023 and adjust the 1 cent so now is $0.05 in this file can we adjust the total Bankroll #N/A

Question: when the csv file shows a blank in the text sold column does that always mean the tournament was cancelled?
If so then you will only need to change the letter of the ($J$2:$J$500<>"") portion of the formula so that it references the correct column.
For instance in the pokerstake (1) file attached to post #706 text-sold column is K so change ($J$2:$J$500<>"") to ($k$2:$k$500<>"") by just typing a k where the J was.

just check twice for 1 cent but all amounts seem to be exact not sure why is off. i guess is always going to be that way 1 cent more or 1 cent less
