Excel Macro Stopped functioning as designed

Good Afternoon,

I am not sure if it is just a quirk with Excel or something funky elsewhere but ran into a problem with a macro. When I first wrote the macro below, it would grab the data and show the correct information. Now when I run it, it copies the first, B2, and pastes that same all the way down the column. It stays that way throughout the rest of the macro. Once I save the workbook, the data then changes to what it should be based on the formula but not until I save it. Is it a setting in excel or memory issue or am I going crazy? Thanks Example of the macro is below:

Sounds as though have set Calculation to Manual somewhere along the line and it is being applied in this workbook.
