Configuring a pivot from an unknown configuration to desired configuration

I have a team that uses a pivot table created by a third group (call them QA) from external data. During a long report-creation process for them they need to access this pivot, configure it the way they need, and harvest the results. For my local team I've created a macro to do all the work. Just the first part of that macro is shown below (It's a very long one). Since we never know how the pivot will be configured (the QA group changes to suit themselves) in my macro I clear the table, so I can rebuild the pivot the way I want. This process works most of the time, since my local team has the authority to refresh the pivot table. However, this code also needs to work for a remote group that does NOT have the ability to refresh the pivot table. They can move any fields wherever they want, but they can't go back to the source data to refresh. For them, the red section of the code below create an error.

So, my question is, in a pivot table with a field list of over 50 fields, how do I ensure that only the pivot fields I want in my table are in my table where I want them?
