Microsoft Date and Time Picker Control - Keeps Moving Location

Using Excel 2013 I have successfully added the Microsoft Date & Time Picker, HOWEVER, every time I close and reopen the file the month display keeps shifting location. I have tried selecting various elements in the Properties Dialog as well as in the Format Dialog, but I cannot lock the location of this Control Display.

What am I missing? Is this Control incompatible with 2013?

Are there any other suggestions on adding a Date Selector to a range of cells?

I'm sorry, but I can't figure this out. I believe I have followed the instructions provided to import the components into my file, but the Worksheet code with only an edit to the referenced cell range doesn't seem to work.

I have only sampled this in worksheet "WEEK 1" of the attached file.

Is it the Calendar name that is wrong in the reference code?
