loop to copy blank cells between 2 filled cells

Please help me, I’m at my ends wit.
Sheet1 is raw data, sheet2 highlighted area is what I would like for raw data to look like after macro. I get this weekly and the data can be hundreds of rows. If you will notice, there isn’t any pattern of sorts.

Copy blank cells section in column A between each id with id, then delete total rows. I’ve tried to copy (takes a long time) and tried to look for something in this forum that would help with some tweeking but can’t seem to get anything to work since the blanks are not uniform. If you will notice, there aren't any patterns of sorts. I didn’t want to define each section as a range if I didn’t have to and not sure if that would be a solution.

I do need this as a macro since I'll have additional steps to analyze this data. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
