Lost Macros

Hello all
I was working on my project and I was saving the program after I did so changes. Then I pressed the save button for the night.

And to my horror... I lost all the Macros. I suspect I saved the file as XLSX and not XLMS. I opened the file as XLMS but I susspect when I was pressing the 'Save" it was saving in XLSX.

Is there an magic in geting back the Macro on the PC or are they gone?

I have looked thru various files and can't see them.

I did some Google seach and it looks like a lost hope.

I rebuilt the Macro's

Also found that I had "Auto" save with option XLNS not XLMS. Correct that also
