Opening a sheet which name is changing daily

Hi,
I know how to activate/open sheet/excel file but the problem is when name is changed.
For example sheet name: "Report_010216".

O.K I can suggest code e.g. sheet(1). select. But what if sheet and position in range has changed next day? What should code include when "Report_" is fixed and "010216" is changing daily.

The same with name of excel file.
For example excel file name: "Report_010216.xlsx"

I can think of a couple of ways, but it would be better if you attached a replica workbook with dummy data so we can see what's what

I receive file like this. There is always a mess with sheets. That`s why I can not use Sheets(2).Select

That`s why I try to select the sheets where "Report_" is fixed and date is floating
