I have two sheets contain some data first I would compare in COLS B,C,D between two sheets and bring the values after matching in COL H
from sheets SH1 to sheet SH2 then show the deficits and pluses values in COLS J,K after subtract COL G(BALANCE) from COL H and tick marks right or wrong in COL I
keep in your mind my real data about 1000 rows the data is increasable

far simpler if your 'aggregate' rows are omitted.
are they present in your present data and do they serve any purpose for this exercise and can the be removed.

i was referring to the row containing 'AGGREGATE'
These rows split the logical progression of a table.
Omit them and the task of transferring layout becomes far simpler.
If you insist they are included as per your layout then the chances of a solution are slim.
Your file had inconsistent spelling so was impossible to get your result without first correcting these...
I only corrected Vegetable & Fruit as these were pertinent to match...
