Saving as pdf files from opening an excel files

    Hi,

I currently have an excel 2003 document that I create multiple order files from opening a template and writing data to specific cell and then saving the file as the order number. But I would like to save the output files as pdf. Below is what I'm currently using:

    Snippet "borrowed" from "Microsoft Community"

Office 2003 doesn't have Save as PDF built in, this was introduced in Office 2007 SP2.

You'll need a third-party tool to create PDF, such as Adobe Acrobat (huge, cumbersome and expensive, but it is the "industry standard"), or one of the free/cheap alternatives such as CutePDF.

You can buy Acrobat, which installs a printer call Adobe PDF accessible from any application, or one of a ton of other PDF printers.
