    Add row on click

I want to add a copied row by mouse-clicking a button, so that data entries can be made in the same spot on the screen, without scrolling to the bottom of the list.

It's fairly easy to use a data form in Excel 2003, although I had a tough time finding simple instructions.
    Try this website:

Is that something you can work with?

    Re: Add row on click

Thanks Ron. Not directly but it did put me onto the data entry form (Options/Customize Ribbon/Form...), which seems the right idea, but I can't make it work right.

Here's what I want to do. Maybe you can advise me.

I want to enter financial transactions, which will be later used in different pivot tables.
    1) Each record includes date, type of transaction, amount, etc.
    2) The records are in rows, not columns, and sorted by the date in column A.

    Here are my questions:
    1) How can I enter data conveniently in the same spot without having to scroll?
    2) Can each new record be automatically sorted according to date?
    3) Can the new records be added without me having to create a spot for them? (ie, can the list just grow automatically from a few entries to thousands?)
