Issue with macro corruption in .xlsm file

On my Windows 7 system, I have an .xlsm file recorded with a macro for cleaning excel data files from internet by removing commas, equal sign and -ve sign. This .xslm file is working good on my laptop. When I open it, it will open the downloaded excel files and cleans them.

When I copy and paste this .xlsm file onto another Windows server 2008 R2 machine, after opening it and after enabling Macros, it says "The Visual Basic Application (VBA) macros in this workbook are corrupted and have been deleted. The macro corruption most likely exists in the current file. To revocer the macros, open a backup copy of this file if you have one."

Microsoft Excel 2007 is on both machines.

    Thanks
    RG

Try creating a new module in the problem machine and copying the code over?

Is VBA installed for the server's Office installation?
