moving cell to top of list based on colour of background

hi all

does anyone know how i can create a script or macro in GOOGLE DOCS that can move a cell a specific colour to the top of list?

then, say selecting a predefined colour palette of say 5 colours, each colour has a priority of order, so e.g..:

red,green,yellow,blue,black

if a cell anywhere has a red background it would be moved to top of list, then any cell in green would move to below the red cells,
