    Convert Hebrew? Dates to Enghish

    Hi,

    I'm working on a text file that came over with dates that looked like the attached. Anybody want to give me a hint on how to convert them to USA English.

    Perhaps Hebrew, or Arabic, or ??

    I'm afraid that this isn't a clear solution, though I did find a site with some code that may help in some way:

    BTW it is definitely Hebrew
